Shipping Destinations
We ship domestically within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Fulfillment Time
Orders are typically fulfilled within 1–2 business days of receipt. Under exceptional circumstances (high order volume, holidays, etc.), fulfillment may take up to 5 business days.
Our fulfillment center operates Monday–Friday, 7am–2pm EST, excluding the following federal holidays: New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number. You can track your shipment directly on the USPS or UPS website. We are not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages once the order has been handed to the carrier.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our research products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns.
However, we may issue an order credit in the following situations:
- Incorrect SKUs or labels shipped
- Expired products shipped
- Products damaged in transit (with photo documentation required within 48 hours of delivery)
To report an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via our Contact page with your order number and photos of the issue.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. We charge actual carrier rates — we do not mark up shipping costs.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
